All Booth Rentals include 1 table (8 ft.) with table cover and table skirt, 2 chairs, 1 General Purpose container with trash bags, 1 Multi-Purpose Sharps Container, 1 Biohazard Waste Container, 2 artist / vendor bracelets (must be worn at all times), 1 electrical drop, germicidal hand cleanser, and banner hooks.

Standard Vendor booth comes with a table for your merchandise, chairs, pole hooks, and a standard waste can.
Please click on the Body Art Application above. You will be directed to the form on the Atlantic City website. Please download the form, print it, and fill out your information.
Please mail your form, along with a photocopy of your drivers license, and certificates, and blood born pathogens to: (179 Orchard St, Belchertown Ma 01007) once completed.
